Demo Submissions
-
We listen to every demo we receive, but we only consider music that fits who we are.
-
Blind Faith Records releases played music: real instruments, real rooms, real performances. Our world is soul, funk, blues, folk and world music, organic, human, recorded with intent.
-
If your music doesn't live in that space, please don't send it. This isn't a judgment on its quality; it simply isn't what we do, and we'd rather save your time and ours.
-
We do not accept: trap, EDM, pop, rock, metal, electronic productions, beat-based or programmed music, AI-generated tracks, or anything outside the genres listed above.
-
Submissions that ignore these guidelines will not receive a reply.

Work Experience & Internships
Studio Assistant / Trainee: Blind Faith Recording Studios, Rome
Blind Faith Recording Studios is a 320 sqm fully analog studio in Pigneto, Rome, home of Blind Faith Records. We record played music: soul, funk, blues, folk and world, with real instruments, real rooms and tape.
We're looking for a studio assistant to join us and learn the craft from the inside. This is a training position: we'll teach you how an analog studio really works, from session setup and signal flow to mic placement, tape machines, and the rhythm of a working recording day.
What we're looking for
-
Working knowledge of Pro Tools
-
You play an instrument: you understand music from the player's side, not just the screen
-
An open mind and a genuine curiosity for how records were made and still can be
-
Determination. This matters more than anything else on this list. We want someone who shows up, learns fast, and wants to stay.
-
A real connection to our musical world
What you'll get
-
Hands-on training in a fully analog studio
-
Direct involvement in label and studio sessions
-
A place in a small team that makes records the way we believe they should be made
Location: Rome (on site). Applicants must be based in Rome.
How to apply
Send a short introduction, telling us who you are, what you play, and why this studio, along with a link to anything you've recorded or played on, to info@blindfaithrecords.it Tell us which records made you want to do this.
